Emerald Memberships*:         Membership Form
WNE would like to extend a special invitation to members who are truly dedicated to WNE’s wilderness preservation mission. WNE Emerald Memberships!

Although the details may vary slightly between Emerald Membership levels and unique individual requirements, you can expect the following:

1. Private and exclusive (as detailed within your membership package) use of your space, tent platform or hut/cabin for as long (within guidelines) as you choose to remain a Platinum member
2. Income from member/non-member "usage" fees and program fees
3. A rebate (as detailed within your membership package) of your Emerald Membership fee when you decide to terminate your Emerald status.

Emerald “Executive” level memberships*: $80,000 US dollars with an annual and self-renewing $5,000 program sponsorship fee (minimum and waived the first year). This membership level includes: A general “family” membership (included with the annual sponsorship) benefits plus 5 private acres for “reserved use” according to plans negotiated and approved by the appropriate WNE committee and Property Manager, Loon’s Lough, LLC. (See Land Disturbance below).

Emerald “Director” level memberships *: $65,000 US dollars with an annual and self-renewing $4,000 annual program sponsorship (minimum and waived the first year). This membership level includes: A general “family” membership (included with the annual sponsorship) plus 2 private acres for “reserved use” according to plans approved by the appropriate WNE committee and Property Manager, Loon’s Lough, LLC.  (See Land Disturbance below).

Emerald “Council” level memberships *: $42,000 US dollars with an annual and self-renewing $3,000 annual program sponsorship (minimum and waived the first year). This membership level includes: A general “family” membership (included with the annual sponsorship) plus a private "off-the-grid" complete and insulated cabin in a "cluster-use" area. Any modifications must be approved by the appropriate WNE committee and Property Manager, Loon’s Lough, LLC.   (See Land Disturbance below).

Emerald "Trader" level memberships*: $20,000 US dollars with an annual and self-renewing $2,000 annual program sponsorship (minimum and waived the first year). This membership level includes: A general “family” membership (included with the annual sponsorship) plus a primitive, uninsulated wooden/log shelter. Modifications must be approved by the appropriate WNE committee and Property Manager, Loon’s Lough, LLC.   (See Land Disturbance below).

Emerald "Supporter" level memberships*: $12,000 US dollars with an annual and self-renewing $1,000 annual program sponsorship (minimum and waived the first year). This membership level includes: A general “family” membership (included with the annual sponsorship) plus a primitive, “ground-level” platform with a “temporary-by-design” structure such as an expedition tent or yurt as approved by the appropriate WNE committee and Property Manager, Loon’s Lough, LLC.   (See Land Disturbance below).

Emerald “Partnership” level memberships *: An individualized annual sponsorship program designed to encourage alternative “green enterprise”.  Privileges: All regular single family membership benefits plus an opportunity to provide “green partnership enterprise” as contracted and approved by the appropriate WNE committee and Property Manager, Loon’s Lough, LLC.  (See Land Disturbance below).

If there is construction and/or land disturbance on the designated property, then there will be a one time program sponsorship fee of $1 per square foot of disturbed land area. “Disturbed land area” includes any cutting, digging or other flora/earthen disturbance including driveways, paths and other “usage” area (as allowed in your individual membership package).
