To preserve the “Wilderness” experience, WNE limits the number of individuals and groups using a particular area, trail or accommodation (including parking). In general, reservations are made on a “first-come, first-served” basis. It is therefore critical to schedule your special time within areas managed by WNE.
WNE members may make reservations up to 8 months before arrival date with a ½ usage fee deposit, if applicable.
Non-members may make reservations up to 4 weeks prior to arrival date and must pay, in full, at the time of reservation if any. Please be aware that WNE members may "bump" non-member reservations. If this occurs, non-members will be refunded, in full, at the time of "bump".

The best way to make a reservation inquiry is via email at information@wildernessne.orgPlease be sure to include as much detail as possible about your wilderness adventure requirements, including contact information.
Let us know who you are (or member #), AM/PM contact information and which WNE property you’d like to use (current options are Berlin/Gorham, NH and Conway, NH) and your intended activity (s) (hiking, biking, ATV/snowmobile, camping, fishing etc). Also include dates/times of arrival/departure, how many are in your party (indicate number of dog(s), if any).
